Step 1: Analyze
Self-evaluation, followed by team-leadership assessment
We use EQ tools powered by Everything DiSC® – a proven methodology for assessing leadership teams – to baseline your team’s critical skills. You can try it first. We think you will want to use it with your team, too.
Step 2: Prioritize
Interactive, results-driven workshop
After we see how your team leads, we hold a custom workshop to get specific. Common issues are:
• The need for trust within the leadership team
• 10 Habits of High-Performance Teams diagnostics to find problems
• Self-analysis of leadership teams and development of shared goals and plans
Step 3: Generate Results
Action plan implementation
The results of the workshop are put to work. Common actions are:
• Coaching on best practices in group or one-to-one sessions
• Participants create a personal 100-day action plan
• Each leader creates a personal leadership roadmap for their own managers
