I can strongly recommend Andreas as he is someone who really lives what I teach. An example of that came during one of my training sessions. I was conducting the leadership training for Andreas’s direct reports, and whenever I asked for a role model for the different principles, Andreas’s name often came up. A couple of months later, when I met Andreas, I realized the why. I met an authentic leader with a lot of energy and passion. A great mix of IQ, EQ and PQ. He walks the talk! I never felt like he was trying to put the square peg (me) in to the round hole (a defined coaching process) which is so common with other Coaches.
